Parents’ Evening Dates for 2024-2025
• Year 7 – Thursday 12th December 2024
• Year 8 – Thursday 7th November 2024
• Year 9 – Thursday 6th March 2025
• Year 10 – Thursday 28th November 2024
• Year 11 – Thursday 9th January 2025
All appointments for Parents’ Evening are booked online via School Cloud. By using School Cloud, parents can choose their own appointment times from any internet connected device. Parents/Carers no longer need to rely on their child to make appointments, phone the school or wait to see the teacher. Availability of all teachers are on one easy to read screen, allowing parents to plan appointment times accordingly.
To access School Cloud you will need the following information:
- Child’s Full Name
- Child’s Date of Birth
- Parent Title, First Name and Surname and Email Address (must match what we have on our system)

Each appointment will last for 3 minutes. Please make sure that if there are questions you want to ask, you do so early on in the conversation as teachers need to stick to these times in order to see as many parents as possible.
It is important that you have kept the school informed of any changes to your contact details in particular your email address.
