Here at St Patrick’s we are committed to meeting the pastoral, social and academic needs of all pupils, but especially those who are most disadvantaged. We want all of our pupils to flourish, develop a love of learning and fulfil their true potential regardless of any academic or social barriers they may face. Through the careful spending of our Pupil Premium funding, we hope to remove these barriers and provide equality of opportunity (curricular and co-curricular) for all pupils in our community. We place an emphasis on quality first teaching and learning in the classroom, as well as on the core skills of literacy and numeracy as we strongly believe these can have the greatest impact on progress and outcomes.
