As always, our Senior Citizens Christmas Party, which took place on December 16th was a great success. 50 people attended despite the cold and snow that day!
The afternoon was run by our BTEC Hospitality and Catering group who did a fantastic job of coordinating the whole event from the shopping to organising the gift bags, preparing all the refreshments and finally clearing away and evaluating the event.
Our guests were entertained by the excellent singing from the school choir, a game of bingo and then a raffle when almost everybody, thanks to the kindness of staff and friends of St Patrick’s, was able to take home a prize along with their “party bags”.
A great afternoon was enjoyed by all!
