Human Resources Strategic Lead
The Governors of this outstanding school are looking to recruit a Human Resources Strategic Lead, to lead the HR function across the named schools of the Catholic Collaboration under St Patrick’s Teaching School.
The suitable candidate for this role will have extensive experience within a HR and compliance role and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding and experience working across a range of human resource disciplines – including performance management, recruitment and retention, employee relations, absence management, engagement and well-being.
They will be:
• Chartered Member of the CIPD (Level 7)
• Educated to degree level in a related field
And will have:
• an awareness of safer recruitment and compliance practices and how important these are within an educational setting
• the ability to communicate effectively, professionally and confidently at all times developing good relationships with stakeholders
Salary Scale: 5A Point 40 - 42
FTE range £42k to £45k (Pro rated to P/T salary from £30k per annum)
Working Time: Up to 28 hours per week. Term Time Only Plus 3 weeks
Reporting to: Business and Finance Director
