News - My ED App
MyED issue - we are aware that some parents are experiencing an issue with the MyED app whereby your children aren't showing up under the My Student tab. We have liaised with their support team who have advised to try Home > Menu > Sync Data - if this doesn't work for you, unfortunately the only other solution is to delete and reinstall the app, you may then need to Sync Data again.
IMPORTANT - If you are deleting and reinstalling the app, please ensure that you have screenshot any important messages/letters that you might need as these will disappear when you reinstall the app.

You will only be able to access the app if you are a priority 1 contact on our system and you will need to use the mobile number/email address we have on file. Without this information the app will not work.
