Mrs Rogers, our Headteacher here at Saint Patrick’s, received her CBE for Services to Local and National Education, from Her Majesty, the Queen, at Buckingham Place on Tuesday, 15th. November 2011.
Mrs Rogers said she enjoyed talking to the Queen and used it as an opportunity to acknowledge the contribution made by the staff and her Leadership Team as well as the pupils, parents and supportive Governors. Mrs Rogers said that she was very honoured to receive the award and delighted to bring it back and show it to pupils at school.
